When you purchase DulhanReady Pro or create an account on dulhanready.com, the following information is collected:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash — we never see or store your actual password)
- Order history (Razorpay order ID, payment date, amount)
- Payment information (processed securely by Razorpay — we never see your card or UPI details)
Cookies & Session Storage
To keep you logged in and to make checkout work, our website uses these cookies on your device:
- DR_SESS — a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in (lifetime: 24 hours). Contains only a random session ID, no personal data.
- Security tokens (CSRF) — a short-lived token stored in your session to prevent form-forgery attacks.
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies — see the Analytics section below.
You can clear these cookies at any time via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out.
Free Web Tools & Local Data Storage
Our free tools (such as the Guest List Manager and Menu Planner) are designed with your privacy in mind:
- No Cloud Storage: We do not store any of your guest lists or menu planning data on our servers.
- Local Storage Only: All data entered into these tools is saved entirely in your device's web browser using
localStorage.
- Your Responsibility: Because data is stored locally, clearing your browser data or using incognito/private browsing mode will delete your information permanently. We recommend using the "Export" feature provided in the tools to save backups of your data.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the purchased digital product to you
- To send you product updates and support communications
- To respond to your queries via email or Instagram
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers.
Analytics and Tracking Technologies
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage. It collects anonymous data such as pages visited and time spent on site. You can opt-out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
